2026 Foliage trip

Foliage trip - Turkey Dinner Trains – catered by Hart’s Turkey Farm on Thursday, October 15th.

Leave Atkinson Community Center at 8:15 am to Meredith NH, 2-hour Turkey train ride by the

Granite State Scenic Railway 10:30 am ~ 12:30 pm along the western shore of Lake  Winnipesaukee which departs from, and returns to, Meredith Station. Learn about the history of the region and local folklore, surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery in New England.  After the wonderful train ride and turkey dinner, we stop by Moulton Farm for their harvest items, bakery, and more. The costs for this fun filled trip are $95 for Atkinson resident and $105 for non-resident, which include deluxe coach bus transportation, 2 hours train ride, Turkey dinner, and bus driver’s gratuity.
